My question is about the reslts-based Communication Therapy Approach. Is this where the listening aspect of therapy came in and made the major difference for you? Before I chose communication disorders I was under Human Services/ Disabilities at a Community College and took a Cousiling Skills class. They concentrated on the skills you mentioned including empathy. We all want to be heard and listened to, I can see why that would make a difference.
