Beth, Thanks for the post. I certainly tell the parents about listening and ways to respond to their child. As a parent of 2 young children, I am amazed at how my children respond to these techniques. I think that parents generaly are appreciative of the suggestions, especially after they see the qualitative and quantifiable gains. Joe D
