Kevin---Deeply appreciate your comments re: the article. A good friend and mentor of mine - Dr. Jerome Halvorson - made absolutely sure I understood the role of Listening and Counseling re: the successful treatment of stuttering with children and teens before he let me out into the world!!! It is, to me, the base of any treatment approach for successfully dealing with stuttering. One cannot make the problem worse by listening.... Now as for Merlin......:)
