As a graduate student in speech language pathology, I found your FFP program a wonderful way to educate parents and to provide graduate students the opportunity to gain experience working with children who stutter. In addition, the program’s design, which allowed children and teens the chance to speak in a controlled environment, seemed to be an effective and powerful tool to help them generalize their skills to other situations. Incorporating siblings and friends into the program was also a great way to educate those who may not have a complete understanding of the complexities of stuttering.
