Hi, First let me thank you for the invaluable information you've shared with future and present clinicians. I teach graduate students and regardless of how often I share the importance of working with parents, it has so much more meaning actually coming from a parent. I also am a fluency specialist, and many of the parents (and children) I work with have told me that they feel isolated, and that it is very helpful to meet others who are having similar experiences...so one of the first things I do in therapy (in addition to sharing materials and resources) is to put them in touch with other parents/clients. Anyway, there is an online component to my course in Stuttering, and in the spring, if you are interested, perhaps you would enjoy sharing information and answering questions of future clinicians online. I can be reached at sreese@kean.edu if you are interested. Thank you again, Sheree Reese
