Marty....Super article. (Hope you aren't thinkin' over 60 as bad!!! :) ) Shame is a killer for those of us who stutter. I always say "It only takes a little bit of poison to kill a kid" and shame is a major portion of that "poison". Your sharing of your experience definitely holds words of wisdom for CWS, TWS, their parents and AWS. It would bode well for professionals who work with Children and Teens Who Stutter, as well as their parents, to consider what you shared. Thank you for sharing your story.
