I was impressed with many parts of "Success Breakthrough Therapy". By beginning with a client developing positive feelings about himself, it makes acceptance of one's speech much easier. I also like that it requires the client to see the need for change and to take action as well as to note what changes are taking place because of the actions implemented. Your end remarks about children were also extremely valid. Children do not need blame but instead they need confidence and positive feelings about themselves. This will give them the beginning tools to work on their fluency.
