I am a first year graduate student and have only worked (very minimally) with adults who stutter. The three different treatment approaches offer potential therpay considerations and ideas. I have three questions for you. Do adults who stutter also have a high occurence of co-occuring speech-language disorders? Second, would you suggest the same three treatment approaches for adults too? Of course each persons individual needs will need to be evaluated. Third, of the three treatment models, which one in your opinion might have the most generalization into a real world setting?
