I am working with a group of fourth and fifth graders who stutter occassionally in class, but not in therapy. I am wondering what I should work on in therapy. They all do well in therapy and discuss appropriate strategies to use. They also talk about different feelings and things that they believe cause them to stutter. I would appreciate any suggestions for therapy activities or when dismissal is appropriate.
