Hi, Alan. 'Such a course of action was right for me - but it has to be a personal choice.' Yes. I think it's true to say I feel happier about my 'problem' now I've opened up about it. The worst part for me was the sense of having a guilty secret - and in a way the fact that I became so good at hiding that secret made it even harder to come clean. Feels like I expended an awful lot of effort over an awful lot of years when there was really no need. I admire the way you've tackled your own stutter and paved the way for others. (John)
