Thanks for the kind comments, Carla. "I do appreciate the perspective of the person who stutters. It is very difficult to want to help someone, but not know how, or what to say..." - Although I'd rather not have had the problem, I must say I find it fascinating. I've only recently thought deeply about what happens when I block - I think I found the whole business so painful in the past that I avoided putting it under the microscope. Which is unfortunate, because I'm sure that real understanding can lead to improvement. (John)
