Are people who stutter covered under the AMericans with Disabilities Act? I was also wondering if people who stutter are covered under the Tile 8 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I am taking a Human Resource Management class and wonder about these issues. Is there any research in this area and where could I go to locate information? Does the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recognize people who stutter in its programs? Thank you for your help, I will be sahring the information with 40 graduate students in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs program at Indiana University in Bloomington.
