I do not know of real and meaningful prevalence/incidence differences that vary by culture. While no therapy has been found more effective for specific cultures, there may be more or less acceptability of some therapy approaches by some cultural groups. I do have a chapter that addresses this issue with specific reference to the Hispanic population - I can provide you with a copy if you'd like. Nan Ratner nratner@hesp.umd.edu
