Interesting viewpoint. Your viewpoint seems to be that the personalty traits of stutterers not only could be a benefit, but that they ARE a benefit. If that is so, then why do we even perceive that the job interview would be more challenging for stutterers than for fluents? Moreover, if you really believe what you say, then why have you been covert for so many years? One would think that your career would be boosted by being overt, since stuttering is such a benefit.
