Hi Chris, Great paper and couldn't come at a better time for me. I have worked for the same company for over 27 years and now will have to interview for my job due to a pending merger which should be completed by the end of the month. As you can see, I haven't had to interview in quite a few years. I was looking for a way to talk about my stuttering and what could be better than to share my involvement in helping others who stutter. What an empowering concept for a job interview but...will my covert tricks surface and not let me do it? What if I get in there and the words won't come out? Bringing up my stuttering in a situation like this is something that I wouldn’t even think of doing a few years ago. I guess this is all part of the acceptance process that we all have to go through. Thanks for sharing the information and I will try it! Brad
