I loved your analogy of a roller coaster. The idea of not being able to predict one moment to the next provides a better understanding of what it must feel like to live with "fluency instability". I thought that your point regarding the difficulty with knowing whether to recommend treatment was a great point. It reminds me of the importance of being in tune with the client's needs and that every person may not be ready to move forward with treatment. I liked that you suggested customizing a "blend of therapy approaches" based on the client's needs. I enjoyed reading your article, it was informative, to the point, and provided a clear picture of fluency instability and related issues.
