Phil....Your article is great. You should be a "required experience" for any of us wanting to work with CWS/TWS and their parents. Whenever I have had the opportunity to listen to you present--and even more so, observe your interactions with CWS/TWS at NSA or FRIENDS events, I am in awe of your professional, and personal, skills as a Human.
