David, The new information technology has made it possible for several persons from many parts of the world to be attending this on line conference together. It is thanks to it that I have known many good people like you with whom we share many ideas. To add to what you have said in your paper, I wish just to mention a proverb that we use in one of the more than 256 dialects we have here in Cameroon. Translated into the English language the proverb will be something like ‘ONE HAND ALONE CANNOT TIE A BUNDLE’. I think it is just in line with what you have said in your paper.
