As I'm sure you can see from all the comments posted previously, people really appreciate your insight on and your personal experience with stuttering. Thank you for sharing! I do believe also that it is so significant when others are there to support you, especially in times when you are feeling bad or even your worst. Knowing someone cares about you makes the world of difference. I think that it is wonderful that you were/are able to have that. Research has even shown that when people know they have others that care and are there for them, they do better in times of stress, depression, and terminal illness. Why not stuttering? I was only wondering if there was just that one moment where everything changed for you? That you changed your outlook on life? Or it was that moment where you realized all those things, those best friends that you mentioned in your paper? What are you doing currently? Thank you again for sharing and for taking the time to answer.
