I'd like to start by thanking you for providing this article to the ISAD conference. After reading the information provided, I have a question regarding underdeveloped countries. What do you think is most critical to the development of help for PWS in underdeveloped countries? Obviously, funding is very important. It seems that you also place a lot of emphasis on the need of educational programs to train individuals in speech and language disorders. Thanks again for your insight and article!
