Your article brings home to me how interdependent we all really are--research is driven by therapy outcomes, and therapy techniques are influenced by what and how clinicians are taught, which is influenced by the results of research. The sharing of this information is vital. It's also fascinating to look at the growth and changes of the communication disorders discipline in a country like Bulgaria, which is just beginning to develop a separate speech-language pathology area.
