Kevin, We sometimes leave the siblings out of the whole process. For the past two years Friends has had sibling workshops. I would like to say I realized the need, but actually my daughter (the "sibling") suggested it. The siblings need to know how important they are, they need to understand stuttering and what their stuttering siblings go through. How helpful that would have been for your brother. It makes me wonder what else we may still be missing? Lee
