Hi Joe Thank you for your comments, it was interesting to read what is happening in other parts of the world. Sadly I think bullying is a universal problem without a single solution. It makes me very happy that you are taking steps to prevent this in your own country and I hope all the people of different nationalities who are reading this will do the same.
