Hi John Wow - I really cannot believe human beings treat each other like that. The sad thing is, kids often don't believe in the real consequences of their actions until it's too late. Where the bullies see something as a bit of lunchtime entertainment, the victim is being scarred (potentially for life). Any ideas on how to make the bullies realise the true extent of their words and actions? All the best Gina
