This article helped me gain a bit of insight into how far a parent will go to help their child who stutters. It is unfortunate that these parents, who are willing to go to great lengths to help their children, have nowhere to turn. It sounds like you are working hard to increase the awareness of and treatment options for stuttering in China. Is there any way for these parents to get some financial assistance through an independant organization? It is my hope that, in the near future, more information and resources for parents and teachers will be available in many different languages.
