Dear Esther, there is no financial assistant possible for parents of stutteing chind to get help in China. All they can do is to seek help from speech therapists, if luckily they find information on newspaper advertisement, or they can ask for psychologists, but unusally get wrong answers, like stuttering is only a psychological problem. More work is needed to done to help them, and I hope I can do something to change the fact. Best regards, Albert
