Do you think that in an overly stressful situation like this one your body may have reacted the opposite way, like an adrenaline boost or something? Sometimes when you experience something so stressful or demanding, you become relaxed and calm as if you know exactly what to do and how to handle it. Did you feel calm at the time you experienced the fluency?
