Hi Stefan, It’s great to hear from you again. I totally agree that we grow in confidence as we progress through life and deal with the many challenges that it presents. However, the major contribution to my transformation was the acquisition of a new breathing technique (to overcome the speech block), new tools (to help me say my many ‘feared’ words) and a greater understanding about the direction that I should take, including expanding my comfort zones and working on other areas of my life. Once I erased anticipatory fear, I did not find a need to continue using the technique/tools. I used them as a means to an end (I’m not sure if that expression exists in Switzerland). I wish you an abundance of happiness and good health in your forthcoming retirement. Kindest regards Alan
