Katy, I found a fix for the problem. As others may have the same problem I am providing the answer here on the public discussion list. I downloaded the missing file from: http://www.snapfiles.com/help/missingfiles.html and save it onto the desktop of a new and unused computer. From the desktop I moved it over to: c:\windows\system32 (the c: drive is available through "My Computer"). Following this the program worked. I apologize for the inconvenience!
