Kathy, When you unzipped the file you should have had the opportunity to tell the computer where to unzip the file to. It is not necessary to open this file, it just has to be present in the c:\windows\system32 directory and our program should normally open. Have you tried this? If you unzipped the file to the c:\ (but not in Windows\System32) it may not be in the right place and may want to try to move it over there. I admire you sticking in there and apologize for this inconvenience!
