I assume your comment is specific to the percentage talking time cluttered tool and not the visual analog scoring format which doesn't depend on the clinician's reaction times. All that is needed is to press the left mouse button for the duration of audible speech and the right mouse button as well when speech appears cluttered to you. THe mouse pressing part doesn't seem to me very difficult. What is difficult is accurate discrimination of speech that is cluttered. It is also difficult when you don't use this program!
