Thank you for writing. Re: your questions: How did I prepare for interviews? It's tough. Very tough. There wasn't anything special that I did to "prepare" necessarily. I just went into the situations with the same mindset that I used in EVERY situation: do whatever I have to do to not stutter. I wouldn't go in with a strict plan or list of words that I thought I could say. I would simply go into the situation and change words around as fast as I could. I've seen several SLPs in my life...some were bad, some were very good. One in particular, was based out of Orlando, FL and he was/is an amazingly caring and dedicated SLP. But this particular SLP who you are referencing was the only SLP I had ever met who stuttered. And yes, that was definitely inspiring to me and helped me become more open about who I was. -rb
