Thank you for writing. To answer your question, I think that by joining Toastmasters and things of that nature, it had a greater impact on my confidence than anything else. I continued going into situations that scared the hell out of me and kept stuttering...but I kept going back. Over time, I began to feel more confident about talking (even when I stuttered). -rb
