Jonelle, Thanks for writing. Regarding therapy: yes, I'm currently working with an SLP. And about public speaking...I've actually found that to be easier than having a 1-on-1 conversation with somebody. I don't really employ tricks in those situations; I just talk and enjoy the moment.
