Thanks for writing. There's no easy answer to this question. There were so many things that I was doing, from avoiding to faking that I lost my voice to substituting...the list goes on and on. And the funny thing was, that after I went through all of this, I STILL didn't feel good about myself. Sure, I didn't stutter...but I wasn't being myself either. -rb
