Hi Jessica, Thanks for writing. You hit the nail on the head: I had to do it at MY pace. It's very easy for someone to say "OK. Just go outside and stutter voluntary now." But it's not that easy for the person who stutters. Each PWS needs to find what works for them...and to find it on their own schedule. Stuttering is very complex and there's no 1 right answer or approach to coping with it. Thanks again for writing. Good luck! -rb
