Beth, Thanks for writing. To answer your question: I have seen *some* difference in my speech but, truthfully, I'm trying hard not to focus on fluency. Instead, I'd just like to be able to communicate what I WANT to say (without having to change or avoid words). Thanks again for writing! -rb
