Dennis --- Thank you for your paper. You mentioned that "50 percent of stuttering cases are associated with genetic factors, while the other 50 percent are due to unknown causes." Does this mean that people can be stutterers without having the "stuttering gene" (and, thus, can't pass stuttering on to future generations)? Or by "unknown causes" are you referring to head trauma and other non-developmental-type stuttering? Thank you again. Sophie
