And don't know how it's on the other side of the big pond, but here in Sweden the Iceberg theory is crushed, simply because we shouldn't catagorize people... Therefor your paper made my day! The iceberg is so "me" and by using all your varieties (in the good old Russ-way that is so easy to understand while brining a smile on my face at the same time) I feel I can still use the iceberg theory for my presentations and include all, even those who wind up at the "wrong" side of the axes.
