Hi, Thanks for your question. This is a dynamic approach that is developed over the course of therapy and not just at the initial session. Ideas are brainstormed with client & clinician to encourage participation by the client. In the case of young children, the clinician developes the topic and gradually leads the child into correlations with stuttering. We've done modifications on the topics of snow skiing, T-ball, and dinosaurs with some of the young ones.
