I'm so pleased that I found your article on the CALMS method. Interestingly, we just covered the methodology in class just last night and your article is so clearly written and explanatory that I feel truly reinforced. With a background in working with young children all my professional career, this approach makes so much sense in that it is so functionally oriented, fun and hands-on. Thanks for sharing it! It's definitely a "keeper" and I know that I will have opportunity to refer back to it in the future in practicums and practice.
