I found this article to be incredibly informative. I am currently in a course teaching stuttering therapy, and we just began discussing the CALMS method. It was interesting to learn about the inception of CALMS and from where its theories and principles stemmed. I found the chart to be a great visual example of putting the method to clinical use. Also, the examples of themes that have been used across the lifespan are a great resource.
