Hello Sarah, It would be more helpful if I explained the reasoning for my answer. The SDAs are directed at the symptoms of stuttering, and do not address the etiology. There is a genetic component to stuttering and treatment of the mother would have no effect on the progeny. Also, there is risk to the fetus with these medications.
