Megan, there has been no hesitation at all. When a family lives a great distance from the clinic, they are glad to know that they can continue to receive services and not have to spend one or more days coming in for a face-to-face meeting. One family went out a bought a camera after just mentioning the possibility! They are especially glad to learn that we can be in contact as often as necessary. In fact, I usually end up spending more time with the family on the web camera than I would if we had to wait for them to come here. Thanks for your interest.
