Thank you Judy! Maybe I have made more than one step but there are still a lot of things I have to do in order to put into practice everything I’ve learned. In my country I used to attend classical formal speech therapy programs (as a part of official healthcare system) that were including only fluency shaping exercises (slow reading, easy onset, breathing exercises etc.). Counseling component was poorly represented or totally missing. Things are somewhat better now but still not satisfactory. Last time I attended speech therapy two years ago, with little results; so I doubt I will spend my time on such therapies any time soon.
