Hi Megan. Thanks for reading our story. I guess the effectiveness of self-therapy depends on many factors, including persistence, personality traits etc. There have always been people who managed to help themselves (and maybe even overcome their stuttering) without any therapy, relying just on them selves. Surely, I’m not exception in that regard.
