Sara, At the College of St. Rose, we have one hour of adult support group, with planned questions and discussion led by an adult PWS, then an hour of individual therapy by a graduate SLP student under supervision. From what I understand, it is a unique program, and has been very valuable to me. I also participate in the NSA chapter that meets there monthly.
