Yes, it definitely was life-changing. I was desperate to find other adults who stuttered, and finding the Fluency Council was the best thing that happened to me as I searched for some answers. I've referred to it as the "best-kept secret of the Capital area." I would recommend it to anyone who is within driving distance.
