Hi Amy, Thanks for your response and your question. I am still "working through" the attitudinal issues associated with stuttering, though every year gets a little easier. I think it's a combination of factors: meeting with and getting to know other PWS, and learning what they have done. Their experiences are so inspiring. Also, the continued support and affirmation of my congregations has helped considerably. Over time, I have learned that stuttering does not control my whole life - it is only a part of it. That has helped to put it in perspective. It all takes times, however, and I still have a ways to go.
