Hi Jerrie, Thank you for allowing us the privilege of sharing your moving story. Although you clearly state that you never had a faith crisis, I'm sure that most of us have had occasion to ask searching questions of our Maker at sometime in our lives. I feel it was so important that you recognised that you still had energy, creativity, inspiration, and ideas, even in the midst of tears and fears, and arguments with God. Meeting others, who are worse off than ourselves, can really help to put things into perspective. It’s wonderful that stuttering no longer controls your life and that you have learned, (from your own personal (and painful) experiences), that God continues to use us even when we're broken, and broken-hearted. Incidentally, I paid a brief visit to New York in August. Kindest regards Alan Badmington
